Love Story
Project: Airplane Set
We’re thrilled to share that our airplane set recently made its on-screen debut in the new FX and Hulu series "Love Story: John F. Kennedy Jr. & Carolyn Bessette" — and it’s been exciting to watch the project finally take off.
The new series explores the iconic romance between John F. Kennedy Jr. and Carolyn Bessette-Kennedy. The show premiered on February 12, 2026, with the first three episodes launching simultaneously on FX Networks and streaming on Hulu.
In Episode 2, viewers get a look at our airplane set during a pivotal scene — a moment that perfectly demonstrates how production design helps transport audiences into another time and place. The scene was built using our TOMBO seats and staged to capture the elegance and intimacy of late-90s air travel, reflecting the visual tone of the series.
For us, this project highlights what we love most: helping storytellers bring big moments to life in contained, versatile environments. Whether it’s an indie production or a major series, our goal is always the same — to provide a space that inspires creativity and helps productions look incredible on camera.
We’re grateful to the team at FX and Hulu for trusting our set as part of this beautifully crafted series, and we can’t wait to see where "Love Story" goes next.
Check out the photos for a closer look at the set — along with screengrabs from the episode — and see how the space transformed once the cameras started rolling.
